As an SBA 8(a) certified minority-owned business, Agility is committed to creating a workplace that promotes fairness, equal opportunity, and respect. - Launched a mentorship program for women and minority employees, pairing them with senior leaders to foster career growth and leadership development.
- Provided over 40 hours of DEI-focused training sessions, covering topics like cultural competence, unconscious bias, and inclusive leadership.

- USDA Civil Rights Case Management System: Built a Salesforce-based case management system for the USDA Office of Civil Rights, streamlining complaint processing while ensuring compliance with accessibility and data privacy standards.
- Housing and Urban Development FHA Catalyst:Provided mission critical updates for the HUD’s Federal Housing Administration Catalyst Loan Program to provide an accessible, user-friendly experience for millions of disadvantaged individuals.
- Development Finance Corporation: Developed solutions to enhance data accessibility across diverse systems, enabling more equitable and efficient service delivery.

- Increase partnerships with organizations supporting diversity in tech, including Salesforce Talent Alliance and Supermoms, and expand our reach to underserved communities.

- Introduce leadership development programs for employees from underrepresented backgrounds, with a focus on preparing them for management and executive roles.
